Lead generation company in South Africa: Lead generation systems that fill your pipeline every week.

As a lead generation company in South Africa, we build engines that read your market from Google Maps, directories, company websites and ads libraries, score every business on why it would buy, and put the best leads in your team's queue with a brief on each.

The position

A bought lead list is stale the day it arrives, and everyone else bought it too. A lead system reads the market fresh every week and catches businesses at the moment they show a need: a website on a free builder, a run of poor reviews, an unclaimed Google listing, ads that just started, a job advert for a role you could replace. The value isn't the list. It is the signal, the brief and a queue your team can work from on Monday morning.

What a lead system does

  • Finds. Every business in your market from Google Maps, business directories, company websites, job posts and the Google and Meta ads libraries, split into searches small enough to miss nobody.
  • Scores. Each business on public signals you can act on, with the reason written next to the score, so your team knows why it is calling.
  • Enriches. Verified emails and phone numbers from the business's own website, with duplicates merged and anyone who asked not to be contacted removed for good.
  • Queues. The best leads land in a calling and WhatsApp queue with a short brief on the business and a suggested opening line, and a live assistant can suggest the next line during the call.
  • Learns. Every outcome is logged, so you can see which sources and signals turn into meetings and which are junk, and the scoring improves.

Signals worth calling on

Good scoring is specific to what you sell. A web studio cares about businesses with no website; a solar installer cares about factories with high power bills; a recruiter cares about companies hiring the same role twice. These are the signals we use most:

  • No website, a site on a free builder, or a social page instead of a site.
  • A weak Google rating, very few reviews, or reviews that complain about the thing you fix.
  • A Google listing the owner has never claimed.
  • Ads running on Google or Meta, which means there is budget.
  • Job adverts, new branches and new listings, which mean growth.

You can see the first three working on real businesses in the live lead finder.

Nobody needs more names. They need the twenty businesses in their market that need them this week, why, and the first thing to say. That is what the system is for.

Built to stay on the right side of the law

Direct marketing in South Africa is regulated by POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act. Our systems use information businesses publish themselves, record where every lead came from, keep a permanent do-not-contact list that can't be overwritten by a new import, and draft messages for a person to send rather than blasting them out. We recommend legal advice on your own campaigns.

How the build moves

  1. 01

    Define who buys

Your best customers, the signals that predicted them and the areas you serve. We turn that into the searches and the scoring.

  2. 02

    One fixed price in rand

Sources, volume, enrichment and the queue, priced as one figure with the running costs set out.

  3. 03

    See real leads in days

The first batch from your own market, scored and briefed, so you can judge the quality before it scales.

  4. 04

    Run it every week

The engine refreshes on a schedule. Keep it running yourself or keep us on to tune the scoring as results come in.

Proof you can check

The engine underneath is Skryp, the ZAIQ group's web data API, which reads Google Maps, Google search, Meta's ad library and company websites. We built the same kind of system for our own sales: a calling queue with a brief on every lead, a live assistant during calls and a do-not-contact list. Try the lead finder, or see how our data systems work.

Lead generation questions

What is a lead generation system?

Software that finds the businesses or buyers who need what you sell, checks them for signals that they would buy, adds verified contact details and puts the best ones in front of your sales team, every week, without anyone building lists by hand.

Where do the leads come from?

From information businesses publish themselves: Google Maps listings, business directories, company websites, job posts and the public ads libraries run by Google and Meta. Each lead records where it came from.

How is this better than buying a lead list?

A bought list is stale the day it arrives and your competitors have it too. A lead system reads the market fresh every week, catches businesses at the moment they show a need, and never calls anyone who asked to be left alone.

Is lead generation legal in South Africa?

Using public business information is common, but direct marketing is regulated by POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to opt out. Our systems keep a permanent do-not-contact list and record consent and sources. Take legal advice on your own campaigns.

What does a lead system cost?

Focused builds start from R8,000 and multi-source systems from R80,000, quoted as one fixed price in rand. Running costs are mostly data credits and are set out in the quote.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The lead finder in the ZAIQ Lab runs a live Google Maps search for any type of business and area, and scores the results the same way a full system does.
