AI visibility checker: what does AI say about your business?

This free AI visibility checker shows whether your business makes the short list of names an AI assistant gives when a buyer asks who to use. It asks three AI engines that exact question for your service and your area, with live web search, and shows who they recommend and whether you are on the list.

Three engines, live web search, about 20 seconds. Free.

How it works

  1. 01

    We write the buyer's question

From your service and area: "I need a dentist in Rosebank. Which businesses would you recommend?"

  2. 02

    Three engines answer at once

OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna, Google's Gemini and Anthropic's Claude, each searching the web live, as a buyer's assistant would.

  3. 03

    Every name is checked

A separate model lists the businesses each answer names, and only names that really appear in the answer are kept.

  4. 04

    You see where you stand

Named or not, your position, who is named instead, and which websites the engines read to decide.

Questions

Is this the same as what ChatGPT would say?

It uses OpenAI's current model with web search through the API, so it is close but not identical: ChatGPT also uses a person's chat history and location. Answers vary from run to run, so treat one check as a first look.

Why didn't the AI engines name my business?

Usually because other websites don't mention it. AI engines lean on review sites, directories and articles. In our own tests on South African questions, they cited directories such as Clutch and DesignRush more than any business's own site.

How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT?

Be easy to identify, with the same name, address and details everywhere; be mentioned by sites the engines trust, such as reviews, directories and press; and have pages that answer buyers' questions plainly. Shown does this work for South African businesses.

Is the check free?

Yes, a few checks a day per person. Every run costs us real money in model and search fees, so the demo has a daily limit.

Do you keep what I type?

We keep the business name, service and area for 30 days to improve the demo and stop abuse. We don't add you to any list.
